Returned items must remain un-washed and un-worn. Tags must still be attached.
All returns must be received within 14 days of the date your order shipped from our store.
Refunds are only issued in the form of an online or in-store credit. We DO NOT issue cash refunds.
Please review your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you received a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt. We try our best to replace all defective merchandise ASAP.
If your items meet the guidelines above, we will provide you with a return authorization form with instructions regarding shipping to our boutique. Return shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility except in the case of approved defective item returns.
